Introduction/Background

Basol Travels and Tours Limited (“The Company”) is an indigenous limited liability company and incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Abuja under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 of Federal Republic of Nigeria on the 2 nd July, 2012 by a team of experienced indigenous entrepreneur to provide first class customized travel related solutions to individuals and corporate organisations.

At Basol, we are guided and driven by the need at all times to be ethical, uphold high service standard and add value to our esteemed customers by widening their scope as it relates to travels and tours.We pay high premium on customer satisfaction and as such we go the extra mile to ensure that our clients receive the best services on offer.

We operate, bearing in mind combinations of low transaction cost with enhanced service level, effective technology solution to optimize objective performance and creative strategies to guide travellers to the point of mutual market share attainment.

The Managing Director was a seasoned Bank of more than 14 years with vast experience in every unit of Banking sector. A considerable part of her banking career was also dedicated to providing Foreign Banking services/products, Business development management, and excellent customer services to high network individuals and upwardly mobile individuals. She is therefore accustomed to high service standard which she brings to Basol Travels.
